We provide up to date training programmes on Dignity at Work with new programmes added in 2021 for Nominated Persons and Designated Contact Persons.
Equality and health and safety legislation is increasingly posing a challenge for organisations due to the changing composition of the Irish workplace and the requirement to have policies and practices in place that are non- discriminatory. The programmes we offer have been designed to provide a concise overview of the legal requirements, behaviours, required practices and tips for preventing or handling issues.
All Dignity at Work programmes are delivered in a style that is open and encourages delegate participation as well as thought provoking information sessions. We aim to deliver a message without overloading delegates with the legal jargon but still ensures they are provided with information that ensures their behaviours will be positively affected. The programmes include two case studies and a group exercise in order to ensure the transfer of learning is completed. We can customise the programmes to reflect the organizations policies, procedures, practices and culture. More comprehensive half day programmes can be devised for the HR team or the senior management team.
