We provide a 3 hour Webinar programme aimed at employees members of an organisation who are chosen in the voluntary role of Designated Contact Person as per the Dignity at Work Policy and who will have the responsibility for handling informal complaints in relation to bullying, harassment or sexual harassment.   • An understanding of the associated behaviours/definitions

This webinar series comprises of 3 x 1.5 hour sessions and is aimed at upskilling the members of an organisation who are to form the team of investigators (in pairs), who will have the responsibility for conducting investigations in the event that a complaint is made in relation to bullying, harassment or sexual harassment. It is therefore necessary to train these persons on the following areas:

  • Equality legislation as it relates to discrimination, bullying, harassment and sexual harassment
  • Health and safety legislation as it relates to bullying
  • The company’s current policies in these areas
  • How to conduct a thorough investigation
  • How to conduct interviews during the investigation process
  • How to prepare a report of findings of the investigation

The webinar workshop will provide:

  • An overview of equality legislation in relation to bullying, sexual harassment and harassment
  • An outline of Code of Practice on Sexual Harassment and Harassment at Work
  • An overview of health and safety legislation in relation to bullying
  • An outline of two Codes of Practice on Bullying in the Workplace
